Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how mewicu ("Mfuscator Administration", "we") collects and handles data. We are committed to data minimization and do not sell your personal information.
1. Data Collection
To provide the Service, we collect the following data:
- Account Data: Provided via Google OAuth (Email, Name, Account ID, Avatar URL).
- Connection Data: IP Addresses used to access the API and Dashboard.
- Usage Logs: Records of actions performed (e.g., builds triggered, API keys generated).
- Build Artifacts: Files uploaded via the SDK (e.g.,
global-metadata.dat).
2. How We Use Data
- Service Provision: To process your builds and manage your Organization.
- Security: To detect abuse, prevent fraud (e.g., VPN/proxy detection), and maintain audit logs.
- Communication: To send transactional emails (verification codes, service alerts).
2.1. Referral Disclosure
If your Organization is created using a referral code, we disclose the following to the Organization that referred you:
- Your Organization's name and the date it joined.
- The referral commission generated by each payment you make. Because a commission is a fixed percentage of the payment, this necessarily allows the referring Organization to determine how much you paid, and when.
Nothing else is shared with them — not your Credit balance, your build activity, your projects, or the identity of any member of your Organization. You are told who referred you before you submit your Organization creation request, and supplying a referral code is always optional.
3. Data Retention
- Build Artifacts: Strictly ephemeral. Input/Output archives are deleted from our servers via automated workers typically within 48 hours, and no later than 30 days.
- Logs: Activity and audit logs are retained to maintain the security integrity of Organizations.
- Account Data: Retained while the account is active.
4. Sub-Processors
We utilize third-party infrastructure to operate the Service. By using the Service, you consent to data processing by:
- Cloud & Database: Infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS).
- Payments: Payment processing (e.g., Freemius).
- Security: Identity and bot protection (e.g., Google, hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Email: SMTP providers for system notifications.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data. Note that certain security logs may be retained for a legitimate interest in platform security.
To exercise these rights, contact: [email protected]
